Ready to dive deeper? The Deep Diver course is for certified divers looking to extend their depth limits while staying safe, confident and in control. Through a series of guided dives, you’ll learn how to plan deep dives, manage air and buoyancy at depth, and handle the additional challenges that come with deeper underwater environments.
We offer internationally recognised Nitrox certifications through SDI/TDI and BSAC.

The minimum age to complete this course is 15 years of age.
You will be required to complete a total of 4 dives plus online theory.

About The Course
The SDI Deep Diver course is designed for certified divers who want to safely extend their depth limits and gain the skills needed to plan and execute deep dives with confidence. You’ll learn how to manage gas, buoyancy and dive planning at increased depths, while understanding the additional risks that come with deep diving.
Your training focuses on proper deep dive planning, gas management, narcosis awareness, ascent procedures and safety considerations, all practiced in real dive conditions under close supervision.
We offer internationally recognised SDI and TDI certifications, allowing you to progress to increased diving depths worldwide once qualified.
Diving in Cyprus offers warm, clear waters and excellent visibility, making it an ideal place to complete your Deep Diver training and put your new skills into practice on local dive sites, including the deeper sections of the Zenobia wreck in Larnaca. Our founder and Zenobia Wreck Expert, Alex, personally leads all courses and diving experiences and holds Elite Instructor status.

Dive deeper in Cyprus with Pineapple Dive Club’s SDI and BSAC Deep diving courses, and build the confidence to explore dive sites to depths of up to 40 metres, with the added bonus of completing the course on the legendary Zenobia shipwreck.
Guided by Alex, our experienced instructor, you’ll develop key deep-diving skills including gas supply management, maintaining buddy contact at depth, and precise buoyancy control in deeper water.
The course covers safe deep-diving procedures, the use of specialised equipment, careful dive planning, and an understanding of nitrogen narcosis and its effects. Across four open water dives, you’ll gain a deeper awareness of how depth and pressure affect the body, how increased nitrogen can influence motor function, and how to safely manage an independent air source, all in a calm, supportive, and unhurried environment.

Yes, we have the latest GoPro and take it on all dives. Once we see your comfortable and relaxed, we will capture some photos and videos for you to remember your experience. We send these to you free of charge!

Some centres advertise a low headline price, then add tax, surcharges or equipment rental when you arrive. It might look cheaper at first glance, but once everything is added on, it rarely is. We prefer to keep things clear from the start, no surprises at checkout.
We also only work with reputable training agencies, including SDI/TDI and BSAC, so you know your certification and training standards are recognised and respected.

Yes, we’re fully insured and legally covered to take you diving.
Alex completes an annual dive medical to ensure he’s fit to teach and guide, and we maintain up-to-date professional insurance with DAN for added protection and peace of mind. We’re fully registered, qualified and bring years of hands-on experience to every dive and course we run.
